Matt Fletcher

At trial, she never, literally never, missed a beat, which is amazing given a fast paced 4 hour cross examination with a difficult witness, who was impeached over and over again with video deposition testimony.
She had reports for clips and exhibits, so we didn’t have to try to figure out what we played.
She is warm and friendly, and my clients loved her.
The whole team at TrialSupport is amazing.
As long as she is available, I will not do another trial without her.

I have used Kim and her company for at least 20 trials. In fact I have now reached a point that I won’t agree to try a case without her.  She is hands down the most capable trial support company that I have ever used.

I wanted to take a minute to express my appreciation for the work of my trial tech. He was truly outstanding in every way. His responsiveness, professionalism, calm under pressure, and perfect work product were all I could have asked for…. And thank you, again, for such exceptional work. It’s been a pleasure and I would certainly recommend you to anyone.

Hard to explain what Kim means to me, but let me give it a shot. If I were a boxer, it is like having Cus D’amato in the corner. As my kids say, “search it up,” if you are confused by the reference.

I just completed a jury trial in Long Beach and I couldn’t have done it without Kim Passey and Trial Support LLC. Kim and Shannon DiPiazza were helpful at every step of the process. Very easy to work with and know what they are doing in a courtroom. I felt like I had a team that gave me and my client an advantage.
