VIRTUAL Services options
Most of the TrialSupport Virtual Services options include a concierge meeting host who is also a trained exhibit presentation specialist. Whatever your need, we’ll make sure we run a thorough pre-meeting technology check to make sure your meeting runs as planned. Not sure what your needs are? Give us a call and we’ll walk you through your options.
Virtual Trials and Depositions [with Exhibit Presentation Meeting Host]
We provide a Virtual Meeting Host who also serves as an Exhibit Presentation Specialist. All our deposition hosts are TrialSupport Certified and seasoned trial technicians. All techs use TrialDirector and are well trained in the art of fast exhibit presentation and optimal use of call-out, zoom, highlight and annotation techniques to facilitate an effective deposition. We also save all exhibits for the court reporter to add to the transcript.

Virtual Proceedings Options
Virtual Proceeding with Exhibit Split Screen
Depositions are a critical part of the legal process. See the various single screen views that we help set up and customize for each participant. You can easily change your view yourself depending on need. The biggest advantage with having an Exhibit Presentation Specialist online is the ability to quickly and clearly show exhibits, as well as call-out, zoom-in and highlight key areas for the record. We do not recommend using Adobe Acrobat or sharing your web browser. Use a trained Certified Trial Presentation Specialist. Dual Monitors provides double the screen space for exhibits and speaker view.
Attorney View

Attorney usually wants to see the witness as large as possible but also see the exhibits the Presentation Specialist is sharing on the screen. Good view for Court Reporter also. User can move a slider to easily make witness smaller or larger as needed.
Witness View

The Witness usually wants to see the exhibits as large as possible and not necessarily see thumbnails of everyone else in the meeting. Our team can change some settings to minimize clutter.
