Available to complement your in-house team with preparing exhibits. 3rd party verification of all files included. Instant page counts. Exhibit stamping software can stamp 100K pages in 10 minutes. Rotate for proper orientation in court. Optimize extra large exhibits for fast publishing in court. Organize all data and securely store in the cloud for counsel, opposing counsel, court access anywhere anytime.
Deposition Video Clips
We use the industry standard OnCue software to create deposition video for impeachment or in lieu of testimony. Capabilities include: syncing text to video, scrolling text, adding synced exhibits, export of clips as continuous or individual files, designation only reports, full and condensed transcript reports, color coded by party, issue, or by counter stage. Playback is from the original high quality deposition video.
Graphics/Animations
We have flexible service offerings starting from one hour assignments, including: helping with a handful of PowerPoint slides, reworking an expert presentation to make it more Jury friendly, creating custom animated slides for a wide range of industries and case types. We can also assist with a full 3D product animations and recreate complex accident scenes. See our dedicated Graphics page for a full list of services and examples.
Printing Support
We offer a single point of contact for working with print vendors on large exhibit printing and binder jobs. Slipsheets for natives? Deposition sets? Attorney Trial Binders? Multiple delivery locations? Multiple sets? USB Thumb Drives? We’ll get multiple quotes if needed to make sure the right vendor can execute on time and on budget.
War-Room Setup
Need local war-room support? Our concierge team can assist with anything from IT and networking services, to counsel and paralegal work stations to basic office supplies. We’ll have someone on standby locally to assist when needed.
Courtroom Inspection
Our IT techs will schedule a courtroom visit with the clerk and your team [optional] to check compatibility and assess the court provided technology, if any. We have a checklist of over 30 items, including WIFI, remote witness capabilities, tech station location, binder requirements and timing, etc. We’ll provide a layout schematic with recommendations.
