The Trial Tech vs. the Opposing Attorney
As a new year begins, I’ve been reflecting on what consistently shows up in courtrooms as cases move from preparation to verdict. Over the course of the past year, I supported nine full trials from start to finish. In only two of those cases did the opposing team have a dedicated trial technician.
That reality offered a rare, side-by-side perspective: seeing trial presentation unfold with professional trial support—and without it.
The contrast was unmistakable.
