Trial Success

Starts Long Before Opening Statements

How far in advance do you generally reach out to your trial support vendor. How prepared do you want to be in advance of trial?

As you get closer to a possible trial date it can’t hurt to have your ducks in a row and minimize the stress of last minute decisions.

Here’s what we recommend to our clients based on complexity and difficulty.

Need Custom Graphics or Animations?

Start 2-3 months in advance for best pricing and time for revisions. Good litigation artists can provide invaluable feedback on concepts, and techniques to simplify your presentation. They won’t write your opening for you, but can be working on demonstratives that may or may not be used in the opening, or kept for witnesses or closing. Timelines, medical illustrations,

Need Deposition Clips?

Start 1-2 months in advance Not all witnesses can attend trial.
Be prepared for last-minute missing witnesses. We sometimes spend weeks trying to track down a depo video taken 1-4 years ago.

No sync? No problem?
Our team can sync the video in under 30 minutes with only the txt file.

Our dedicated video clip team can remove objections, extended silence and export high quality video for attorney review  same day.

Courtroom Visit?

As soon as you know your courtroom.

Start 3-6 weeks in advance. The trial team and the tech will want to know the setup. IS it fully equipped? Is everything working?

Can you present to the witness and counsel only before permitted to publish?

We have the equipment to enable any functionality required. Our techs provide onsite AV/IT support during trial.

Almost all Judges expect counsel to share equipment and costs? Start early so we can engage with opposing counsel.

A good trial support vendor can also be the ONE-CALL to get you the best pricing on exhibit binders, court reporters, war-room location, etc.
